My mission is to help leaders and organizations realize their fullest potential. My genius is people strategy, identifying root causes that keep leaders and teams stuck and then helping them implement measurable and lasting solutions to propel them forward. For over 15 years, I have been a trusted advisor and strategic partner for c-suite executives. Having worked in various consulting capacities within the financial, construction, insurance, and nonprofit industries, both in the US and abroad, I help diverse leaders, organizations, and teams capitalize on their strengths and be more productive.

What brings a unique skill set to the leaders and organizations I serve is the use of the International Harrison Behavior Assessment tool and how statistical analysis can be used to accurately predict human and professional preferences leading to fulfillment and job performance.  So in simple terms, the Harrison Assessment helps predict a candidate’s success in the role before you even bring them on board, saving precious time and resources while building your dream staff.
