Leadership Health
An organization is as healthy as their leader. We initiate a leadership "health" analysis through the use of the International Harrison Assessment to identify leadership strengths and potential derailers. We then work with executives and leadership teams to capitalize on their inner genius and get unstuck from ineffective behaviors and tasks.

Organization Health
When teams are not designed to produce their best work, top talent leaves and the business suffers. We work with Executive Leadership to understand the organization’s strategic priorities and goals, and then design and implement staffing structures that align to the vision. We will also complete a team SWOT analysis to help teams work better together and align members with the right fit for their preferences and strengths.

The pipeline of young leaders want to work for organizations that align with causes they care about. We help organizations "give back" by initiating service days in the communities in which employees work and live. We then train up a task force within your own organization to keep the momentum going for future community engagement and impact.

Through engagement surveys and focus groups, we take a pulse of what your employees value, structure total rewards programs (compensation, benefits, wellness and more) that pay for performance, and then conduct recruitment campaigns that identify and attract talent.
